Season 2 Episode 15

If by now you haven’t yet heard, there is a season 3 of this show coming in the future. That will be something that I hopefully am caught up on by then as hopefully there will not be much going on in my life then or others close to me. Also, since I had started doing the acrostic poems in this blog because of the warning over a post in my Madam Secretary blog that is still unexplained, note that starting next season, there will be Persian paragraphs to come.

Why Persian? Well, the post in question from my Madam Secretary blog included a Russian paragraph. I’m not sharing one in Russian again and will instead do Persian. The only roadblock is getting caught up on last season’s finale of Survivor…

Continuing on with more of Money Rock, the next song in question is $7.50 Once a Week. This is about an allowance and budgets. If I ever had kids, I might give them an allowance since birth with them getting the money in person at a certain age, but the rest going to a bank saving account in the meantime before that. I might even get them a CD, that is, a certificate of deposit.

Going to the sub boss from Tower of the gods, we get to a Darknut which must be fought to get the hero bow to defeat the boss of the dungeon. I do wonder why all of the bosses let there be an item that can defeat them in the dungeon they reside in. At least in this case, they want you to prove yourself and defeat the dungeon.

The last song to share from Trolls is Can’t Stop the Feeling and now I’m going to share the music video that goes along with it this time around. It is a good song and one that I will always dance to if it plays at a wedding that I’m at.

I should do a note that Trolls 2 songs might potentially come later. I have not yet seen that movie which is the only real reason why I don’t yet just start it right away. I hope to do that this summer, but am unsure right now if I will or not.

Continuing on with more of Songs from the Heart, the next song that begins the first act is the fan favorite and one of the best Celtic Woman songs: Nil Se’n La. It was seen as the second Celi song named after a song from A New Journey. My only complaint about this song is that the drum solo in it isn’t on the CD as well.

Football team ranking update: I’m going to mention the three unranked teams for now in what is essentially the final update of mine ranking the football teams. Those 3 teams are the Dallas Cowboys, Baltimore Ravens, and Washington Commanders. My only potential current preference for a ranking among them are Commanders, Ravens, and Cowboys, but that isn’t set in stone.

So what’s the complete ranking of football teams that I root for currently? They are: 1- Los Angeles Rams, 2- San Francisco 49ers, 3- Kansas City Chiefs, 4- Indianapolis Colts, 5- Las Vegas Raiders, 6- Pittsburg Steelers, 7- Tennessee Titans, 8- Denver Broncos, 9- Los Angeles Chargers, 10- Jacksonville Jaguars, 11- Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 12- Houston Texans, 13- Miami Dolphins, 14- Philadelphia Eagles, 15- Carolina Panthers, 16- Cleveland Browns, 17- Cincinnati Bengals, 18- Minnesota Vikings, 19- Detroit Lions, 20- Green Bay Packers, 21- Seattle Seahawks, 22- New York Jets, 23- New York Giants, 24- New Orleans Saints, 25- Buffalo Bills, 26-28: unranked, (everything after this bad team), 29- Atlanta Falcons, 30- Arizona Cardinals, 31- Da Chicago Bears, and 32- New England aka Fucking Patriots.

March Madness update: After the 2020 tournament was cancelled and then the 2021 was largely relocated, I mentioned at the time that these places would have teams rooted for that are around this area until they are able to host. Still haven’t hosted yet: Albany, New York; Spokane, Washington; St. Louis, Missouri; Tampa, Florida; Greensboro, North Carolina; Omaha, Nebraska; Sacramento, California; Cleveland, Ohio; Los Angeles, California; Houston, Texas; New York City, New York; and Atlanta, Georgia from 2020’s planned hosts and Providence, Rhode Island; Boise, Idaho; Detroit, Michigan; Dallas, Texas; Wichita, Kansas; Lexington, Kentucky; Raleigh, North Carolina; San Jose, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Denver, Colorado; Memphis, Tennessee; and Brooklyn, New York from 2021’s planned hosts.

Now which of these places are hosting in 2023? If I underlined them, then they are hosting this year. Sacramento, California is hosting rounds 1 and 2. Albany, New York is also hosting rounds 1 and 2. Greensboro, North Carolina is a third place hosting the first two rounds. Denver, Colorado is the fourth of those that are hosting this time. New York City, New York is hosting part of the sweet sixteen and elite eight. Houston, Texas is hosting the last three games: the semi-finals and championship. I might mention if it was the same colleges hosting in these same cities later.

This leaves the following places still left to host after having not been able to in 2020: Spokane, Washington; St. Louis, Missouri; Tampa, Florida; Omaha, Nebraska; Cleveland, Ohio; Los Angeles, California; and Atlanta, Georgia. This also leaves the following places still left to host after having not been able to in 2021: Providence, Rhode Island; Boise, Idaho; Detroit, Michigan; Dallas, Texas; Wichita, Kansas; Lexington, Kentucky; Raleigh, North Carolina; San Jose, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Memphis, Tennessee; and Brooklyn, New York.

One last thing to mention for now regarding this is that the states of New Jersey and Nevada were at one point banned from hosting March Madness, but that has ended in recent years. Thus, Las Vegas is now hosting this year. This makes me a bit annoyed as all of these places mentioned in the previous paragraph still needing to have their fair turn, but haven’t yet, and these states can somehow get into hosting pretty quickly.

In the next cast update from my CSI: Cyber blog, I mention a show and I wonder, has the cancellation of said show, The World’s Best, ever been made official? It is hard to tell for sure and I don’t really know.

Since it is now time to do an acrostic poem on a country, I’m going to do one on the country of Venezuela. It is quite an infamous country in the present age given how people like to complain correctly how horribly run it is and bad it is to live in. This one might be more political than others.

Viciously attacked by Republicans

Even being compared negatively to anything Democrats want to do

Not that we could ever be as bad as that country

Elections as free and fair here

Zoom in on Venezuela and problems arise

Until we can help them

Evil people just send them to sanctuary cities

Liars like Abbot and DeSantis

America should not use migrants as pawns

Movie update: On Friday, I did something highly unusual. I watched The Ultimate Gift. That isn’t too unusual given the date that I normally watch it on. What’s unusual is that I was not yet finished watching Star Wars yet. But I was able to finish watching Star Wars that day while finishing The Ultimate Gift the next day. While I did have time based on my rules to see a movie on Saturday, this didn’t happen as I wound up having other plans for supper once again. Joy. #sarcasm. (This may be the last time that I use a hashtag in any blog of mine as I’m largely done with twitter outside of one future date, which will include a hashtag with it.)

On Sunday, I watched Runaway Bride. I replaced that with Rain Man. On Tuesday, I watched Fireproof. I replaced that with Front of the Class. I was still finishing that movie on Thursday so no movie from Thursday’s list was watched on Thursday.

On Friday, I watched Celtic Woman: A Christmas Celebration. On Saturday, I watched Johnny English Reborn with commentary. I replaced that with Johnny English Strikes Again with commentary.

On Sunday, I watched A Few Good Men. I replaced that with The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. On Tuesday, I decided not to watch a movie this time around with all that was going on in my life. Thursday had the same issue. In fact, here’s a paragraph that I need now to explain something about this blog and my Survivor blog, in addition to the two that I’m forcing myself to do while the others are on a break. It won’t explain the break yet, but it will explain what will happen with the blogs of mine that are being updated.

Here’s a paragraph worth posting in both my blog on Survivor and CSI: Vegas. Since I have to drastically scale back the amount of blogging that I am able to do, there are only four blogs that can be updated right now. I won’t know when I will be back to normal with blogs or how long that will take. An optimistic prediction would be April. The absolute latest is July. While there are new episodes of these two shows airing, I am trying my best to at least record them for later if not seeing them live even as the blog posts on them are delayed. I do not know when blogs will be updated, but do know that you won’t see a blog on a show when a new episode of it has aired and I haven’t gotten caught up to the episodes before it yet. I am also keeping my blogs on The Good Fight and Fadam Secretary updated during this time as well.

The first part has a kid in therapy. The woman therapist asked what his mother did that made him mad. The team can’t figure out how the killer got the body up there. They never saw the person they were chasing. The body is positioned to look like the hangman tarot card. Diane might have picked her own death. Also, the killer is called the silver ink killer in case I got that wrong earlier. The next note wants Maxine to be the next one killed.

The second part has Catherine returning as she can’t stay on vacation with an ongoing case at hand. While the cases thus far have been by lone wolfs who were coerced, the team is starting to think that the killer has help. The team goes through the evidence at the crime scene. Allie agrees to be a dummy since all of what Josh has are too big.

A man talks to Maxine, one Mr. Arabic. The team looks at the body. The upside flip was postmortem. Duct tape prevents blood flow. A noise is heard and the team notices a person running away from them. They believe that this is the person that they are looking for. He might have been disguised as a delivery driver whose face was hidden by the packages that he has and not caught by cameras that he might have known are down. They ask a person named Brian for a sketch. I thought that Brian was working on a novel. Some of the team try to investigate what is going on by looking at a house, but they do not get far as the place goes up in flames, forcing them to leave.

The third part has the team looking at the place that burned up after a booby trap was triggered. They wonder if the killer wants them to find something. The people there were watching them. They then learn about the note that threatens Maxine. She thinks that the killer is panicking. Brian, the son of Maxine, is told that they would do something like witness protection in the meantime. The team tells Maxine that there are three suspects.

I can’t keep these three people straight despite their different outfits. Why couldn’t they do these one at a time? I think that one of them might be the killer, but this might not be the case. This might relate to a boat ramp of some sort for some reason. Josh hangs another person upside down for clues in the case. The team figures out that this all relates to a death wheel of sorts.

The fourth part has the team figuring out that each murder leads to the next one. They look at the crime scene again where Diane was killed and might have found their smoking gun. They think that the killer has eyes of two different colors. It turns out that one of their three suspects named Ted might be the killer as he is brought into interrogation and sure seems guilty.

The fifth part has the team in either a serial killer’s house or where they think is a serial killer’s house. They look through all sorts of evidence there. There are drawings of all that the likely killer might have done that seems to relate to that kid thing from earlier at the very start of the episode. Allie suspects based on how the plants have changed that there is a dead body in a flower bed.

They talk to a guy about all of his dark fantasies. He thinks that the death inside is a fantasy. This man, Pete, is not giving them everything that they want. The guy in the white room isn’t Pete, but his MVP. Isn’t that the terrible Big Brother twist? The DNA doesn’t match up to him. It turns out that a message containing all of the members of the team was sent out that Josh notices. A woman is seen being kidnapped. Is this someone that we know? And what’s with the flicker of a flame? Was this going on right when the team was getting there and place went up in flames?

On the next CSI: Vegas, it seems that the silver ink killer story will be concluded with the killer being revealed as well. I hope to stay caught up with this show as I can even as the blog gets behind. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

Season 2 Episode 16

Since I mentioned the show 9-1-1 in a previous post, I might as well mention the Monday shows that I watch. This will cover things that aire...
